The Way It Is
'A funny, entertaining, challenging, shocking, moving journey into the hearts of darkness world of parental alienation.'
Our debut Edinburgh Festival Fringe production is on the Royal Mile in the second week of the Fringe.
In this original piece of new writing/ musical theatre, Sophie meets the man of her dreams and they start a family. However, he turns out to be a parental alienator who manipulates the family courts to gain custody of their child and exclude her. Her joy, despair and finally her determination to keep contact with her child despite all the difficulties is chronicled in song against a background of devils, demons and angels.
Written and directed by John Casey.
